General Spa Policies

Appointments

We encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred booking time. All spa experiences are subject to availability. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

New guest, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to allow the completion of your personal profile. Please notify our staff if there are any special needs or conditions that need to be considered prior to your services. For a returning guest, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrival

Please note that a late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of service unless the time permits at the discretion of management. Services and treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time and you will be responsible for payment of all services.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. We understand that plans can change and unexpected things come up, but please understand that when you overlook your appointment and/or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Services are reserved for you personally therefore, a cancellation fee will apply.


– Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– “NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

– Appointments made within the 24-hour period are NON-Refundable.

– A credit card is required to reserve the appointment time.

– Any group bookings (4 or more people), or packages must be held with a credit card. Group bookings or packages not cancelled 72-hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $30 per client, per treatment. Please understand that a late reschedule is really no different than a cancellation, and that we will have lost the opportunity to fill that time slot.

Spa Requirements

We accept guests ages 13 and up, however some services may require parental consent. So that we may provide the best experience possible, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you in the spa.

For your comfort | Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably.

For the comfort of others | Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

Products & Returns

The Body & Skin Refinery will be happy to accept returns on most merchandise purchased from the spa within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics and fragrances. When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items. Clothing, sale items, and ‘as is’ items, are non-returnable. All refunds are for SPA RETAIL CREDIT ONLY for future product purchases. No cash refunds.

Gift Certificates

Give the gift of revitalization today! Gift certificates may be purchased online and either printed or emailed to the recipient. If you prefer a gift card, they are available for purchase at our front desk. Please note that gift certificates and gift cards expire one year after purchase and are non refundable. Any unused balance of the gift certificate or gift card will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift certificate, whichever occurs first.
